Analyse your potential clients
Which potential clients shall be targeted first? The amount of potential clients is large, where to starts. The largest accounts look promissing but are in many cases more complicated to access. What kind of model do you need? How to develop some "quick wins" to gain momentum? Which marketing and media channels to use to target your potential clients?
Plan an execution strategy
Once the market has been analyses a plan has to be made on where and how to start. Your brand name has to be introduced to teh market. Do your marketing materials fit the european market. Where to start nad which client engagement model do you choose? Face to face contact is essential and it certainly helps if your sales executives speak the language of the client. We speak Dutch, English, German and French.
Execution stage
Once a plan has been created the execution stage starts. We can execute this strategy on our own but prefer a close interaction with our clients in order to manage expectations well and give continuous feedback. Penetrating a new market takes time, generally two to three years are needed to secure some ongoing business from your new clients. Patience and persistance are keywords.
