Plan an execution strategy

Once the market has been analyses a plan has to be made on where and how to start. Your brand name has to be introduced to teh market. Do your marketing materials fit the european market. Where to start nad which client engagement model do you choose? Face to face contact is essential and it certainly helps if your sales executives speak the language of the client. Execution stage

Once a plan has been created the execution stage starts.
